yes.  I am unable to enroll protected applications or perfrom failover actions

After many refreshes the page opens sometimes.

The problem still persists, the DisasterRecovery page is not opening on IBM Z platform. 

OCP Version 4.16.0-rc.3

Please backport the fix to ODF-4.16 and update the RDT flag/text appropriately.
