Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):

The discovered apps feature is not ready for consumption without using workaround for potential issues.

We need to disable the feature in the ramenConfig until all the issues are fixed.

Solution:
Add a configuration option in the ramenconfig to disable the volsync feature in regionaldr configuration. This can be set to true by the user to test volsync based replication with the documented workarounds.
