Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log

The Openshift DR Cluster Operator is experiencing multiple issues. The icon and description are missing, and upon installation on managed clusters (after creating DRPolicy), no pods are created.

Output from one of the managed cluster:
$ oc get csv -n openshift-dr-system

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to configure RDR using 3 OCP clusters
2. After creating DRPolicy, observe the operator and pod on managed clusters

Actual results:
Missing Icon, description, and pod for Openshift DR Cluster Operator 

Expected results:
Icon, description should be present. Pod should be present.
