Description of problem:

Upgrading provider cluster from 4.15 to 4.16 is failing when storageconsumers are present in the provider cluster(this is a normal case).

message: 'error validating existing CRs against new CRD''s schema for "storageconsumers.ocs.openshift.io": error validating ocs.openshift.io/v1alpha1, Kind=StorageConsumer "openshift-storage/storageconsumer-53d25bbe-7996-4463-9cb7-a54cbb452648": updated validation is too restrictive: [[].status.client.clusterId: Required value, [].status.client.clusterName: Required value, [].status.client.name: Required value]'

How reproducible:
Reporting the first occurance

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create provider mode cluster and connect clients so that storageconsumers are created on provider cluster. ODF version should be 4.15.
2. Upgrade provider cluster to ODF 4.16


Actual results:
Upgrade failed

Expected results:
Upgrade should complete.
