This was fixed upstream in this commit. https://github.com/tuxera/ntfs-3g/commit/75dcdc2cf37478fad6c0e3427403d198b554951d The first release containing that commit is version 2026.2.25. EPEL 10.3 has already been updated to that version and thus is not affected. EPEL 10.2, 9, and 8 are all affected.
