getdp fails to build with Python 3.13, as a result, the packages Requires python3.12-lib. Please successfully rebuild the package.

Steps to Reproduce:
fedpkg build
Actual Results:  
Fails to build on i686: No match for argument: gmsh-devel

Expected Results:  
Build should succeed.

It's a leaf package. It should probably have dropped i686 along with `gmsh`. PR submitted. Will merge and build once scratch build succeeds.
