Update to nodejs-tar which includes the fix - https://github.com/isaacs/node-tar/commit/fe8cd57da5686f8695415414bda49206a545f7f7, was v6.2.1. Npm has updated the nodejs-tar dependency to v6.2.1 in Node.js 18.20.3 - https://github.com/nodejs/node/issues/53214. Closing as current release in fedora is 18.20.8.
