RHCS 10.6 on RHEL 8.8 should be rebased to upstream PKI 10.13 to match RHCS 10.4 on RHEL 8.6.

Since RHCS 10.6 is mostly identical to RHCS 10.4, only sanity testing is required on RHCS 10.6.

resolution of ERRATA.
