(please explain in detail what is the user impact)?

Is there any workaround available to the best of your knowledge?

Rate from 1 - 5 the complexity of the scenario you performed that caused this
bug (1 - very simple, 5 - very complex)?

Can this issue reproducible?

Can this issue reproduce from the UI?

If this is a regression, please provide more details to justify this:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On a RDR setup, enable ACM observability and go to DR monitoring dashboard on the RHACM console.
2. Deploy appset (pull) based app and apply DRPolicy
3. Check lastGroupSyncTime for the app in the drpcyaml via CLI and after it's updated, check if the Last snapshot synced value is available on the dashboard for the same app. This can be done by selecting the app from the application dropdown for it's respective cluster where the workload is primary.

Actual results: Last snapshot synced is missing for appset based apps on the DR monitoring dashboard

Expected results: Last snapshot synced value should be shown for the appset based apps similar to subscription apps.

Refer attached screencast.
