Is there anything holding you back from releasing `pyogrio` for rawhide?

Is there some testing being done already with regards to rebuilding dependent packages against geopandas 1.x? If not, I'd be willing to help.

Comment 2 Elliott Sales de Andrade 2024-11-15 10:30:15 UTC
Unfortunately, I ran into some architecture-specific build errors with pyogrio, and then I was too busy to finish investigating it.

Comment 3 Elliott Sales de Andrade 2024-11-17 22:12:47 UTC
mass-prebuild has found only two issues [1]

- geoplot - This appears abandoned, and several packages have stopped referencing it. I might need to retire it.
- mapclassify - In fact, this is outdated, but release monitoring had a broken tag [2] and was not reporting the updates.
