As a side note, instead of ExclusiveArch: x86_64 %{arm64} ppc64le riscv64 perhaps it would make more sense to write ExcludeArch: s390x %{ix86} or even just ExcludeArch: s390x since any future new architectures will almost certainly be little-endian.
