Due to a typo, even if fontconfs macro points to different location, the build doesn't fail and unexpected rpm is generated. Reproducible: Always Actual Results: the build finish without any errors. Expected Results: If macro is in use and points to the wrong location, build should fail. One example for this issue: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2483259 spec file use %fontconfs but it points to wrong location. rpm doesn't contain any fontconfig config file due to that.
