Description of problem: This RFE tracks IBM Jira issue https://jsw.ibm.com/browse/ISCE-558 When using the ceph in a stretched deployment, we can see requests being sent between datacenter unnecessarily. For example, a client in datacentre A requesting an object may connect to the RGW in datacentre B, despite being an RGW running in datacenter A.
