This is a tracking bug for Change: Multiple Versioned CRI-O and CRI-Tools Packages For more details, see: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/VersionedCRI-OandCRI-ToolsPackages The installed versions of CRI-O and CRI-Tools are supposed to match the version of Kubernetes that they are deployed with. FESCo recently approved multiple, versioned packages for Kubernetes (https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/VersionedKubernetesPackages). This Change Request, if approved, will allow Fedora to also provide matchin versions of CRI-O and CRI-Tools for Kubernetes administrators that use Fedora as the base machine OS. Hi Brad, could you provide a status update on this change please? Changes need to be code complete before we enter beta freeze next Tuesday 27th August. Are you still on track to land this in F41, or do you need to defer to F42? Thanks, Aoife
Greetings Aoife - I should finish this morning with CRI-O. CRI-Tools is complete. I am also expecting upstream CRI-O to release a new version any day but will work around the freeze point as needed. I will close this later today. thanks for checking!
Amazing, thanks for the quick update Brad! Let me know if I can be of any help, and once you are satisfied feel free to mark the bug as ON_QA. Thanks again!
