Description of problem:

Both the source and target MigClusters are showing wrong Operator version in the MTC UI

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
MTC 1.8.4

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install MTC on source and target
2. Configure MTC 
3. Navigate to the UI -> Clusters page.

Actual results:

Clusters showing MTC 1.8.3 in UI


Expected results:

Clusters should display correct version i.e. 1.8.4
