Description of problem:

When we try to create a migplan from the MTC UI, the Migplan wizard stucks at the Namespaces step, and the user is blocked.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
MTC 1.8.4
No specific OCP version , observed on 4.14 -> 4.15 & 4.15 -> 4.16

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to MTC UI
2.Click on create migplan, and fill in the details of the first page of the wizard and move to the Next page.

Actual results:
Namespaces page is stuck

Expected results:
It should search the namespaces properly on the source cluster and display it.
