.CephFS scrub is not required for the standby-replay MDSs but the code was trying to do scrubbing for standby-replay MDS's Due to this, we were seeing seeing assertion error Now, CephFS scrub is not allowed for the standby-replay MDS's CephFS gives the proper error message when user tries to run scrub for standby-replay MDSs
