rust-libslirp failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f41

Please fix rust-libslirp at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
rust-libslirp will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 42,
rust-libslirp will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This package was retired in rawhide / f42+, and was previously rebuilt successfully in Fedora 41.
