The following directory is missing in RPM database:
/usr/share/edk2/riscv

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qf /usr/share/edk2/riscv
file /usr/share/edk2/riscv is not owned by any package

Actual Results:  
not owned by any package

Expected Results:  
edk2-riscv64-20240524-5.fc41.noarch

In spec file line 790 please add:
%dir %{_datadir}/%{name}/riscv/
