Description of problem:

If you goto:

https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/

...then the files fullfilelist and fullfiletimelist-epel should be a list of all the files from that directory onwards. However for EPEL there are a bunch of missing top level files/directories (Eg. *.rpm *6Server *7Server).

I thought I regenerated this, but perhaps I only imagined I did. ;( 

Anyhow, regenerated, can you check it now?
