Description of problem:
[8.0][cephadm-ansible]package version is same as 7.x

For 8.0 latest builds (RHCS & IBM) cephadm-anisble version is same as 7.x
Usually for each major release new updated cephadm-ansible package needs to update

Example:
5.x --> cephadm-ansible-1.x
6.x --> cephadm-ansible-2.x
7.x --> cephadm-ansible-3.x

But 8.x pointing to same 7.x package

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
19.1.0-16

How reproducible:
Always

Expected results:
Package version should point to 8.x
