Description of problem:
not able to edit/remove zones in granular sync policy

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce (3):
1. Go to RGW > Multisite
2. Create a new sync group policy
3. expand the row and create symmetrical sync flow or pipe by selecting only 2 or more zones
4. select the flow/pipe to edit it
5. select the zones to remove the previously selected zone and submit
6. The removed zone will be again showed even if API is success

Actual results:


Expected results: User should be able to edit/remove zones
