Comment 1 Vojtech Trefny 2024-08-21 15:02:01 UTC
upstream pull requests for involved projects:
- libblockdev: https://github.com/storaged-project/libblockdev/pull/1051
- blivet: https://github.com/storaged-project/blivet/pull/1266
- pykickstart: https://github.com/pykickstart/pykickstart/pull/502
- anaconda: https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda/pull/5826

Everything except Anaconda is now merged and available in Fedora 41. Fedora builds:
- libblockdev: libblockdev-3.1.1-11.fc41
- blivet: python-blivet-3.10.1-5.fc41
- pykickstart: pykickstart-3.58-1.fc41
- anaconda: TBD

I've also updated the steps for testing on the change page with more detailed information for testing. Updates image which can be used for testing until the Anaconda changes are merged and build for F41: https://vtrefny.fedorapeople.org/img/opal.img

Comment 2 Vojtech Trefny 2024-08-23 15:13:51 UTC
Anaconda part of the change is now merged and built for Fedora 41 (anaconda-41.31-1.fc41), moving to modified.

Comment 3 Vojtech Trefny 2024-08-26 14:40:10 UTC
Moving to QA, all the packages are present in the latest compose (Fedora-41-20240824.n.0) and the installation with LUKS-OPAL seems to be working as expected.
