Would it be possible to package gr-osmosdr for EPEL(9)?

There are multiple unresolved deps:
DEBUG util.py:461:  No matching package to install: 'airspyone_host-devel'
DEBUG util.py:461:  No matching package to install: 'gr-funcube-devel'
DEBUG util.py:461:  No matching package to install: 'gr-iqbal-devel'
DEBUG util.py:461:  No matching package to install: 'hackrf-devel'
DEBUG util.py:461:  No matching package to install: 'libosmo-dsp-devel'

All can be handled by me. I will check the deps deeper.

For gr-funcube, there is bug 2304247.

All deps should be built now, waiting for gr-iqbal adn gr-funcube to go stable.
