On fully update to rawhide as of today:

# sudo yum install python3-avocado
Updating and loading repositories:
Repositories loaded.
Failed to resolve the transaction:
Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides python3.12dist(setuptools) needed by python3-avocado-92.1-3.fc40.noarch from rawhide
  - nothing provides python(abi) = 3.12 needed by python3-avocado-92.1-3.fc40.noarch from rawhide
You can try to add to command line:
  --skip-broken to skip uninstallable packages
