 - Red Hat OpenStack Platform release 17.1.2 (Wallaby)

How reproducible:

always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. login to Horizon Dashboard as arbitrary user

2. change lang setting to Japanese (for example)

This issue happens regardless of browser and OS and language (at lease Japanese and Chinese)

Please let me know if this is a known issue and already handled by another BZ.

Thank you.

Comment 2 Radomir Dopieralski 2024-08-20 15:12:56 UTC
This is the effect of the fix for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1999901 — the fix for this included a change in a template, that wasn't included in the downstream theme. We need to port that change to our theme for the message to be correctly decoded before displaying.
