Description of problem:
In csi-images-v4.17 config map in client-op entry for "attacher" sidecar image is incorrect

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy client-op
2.
3.

Actual results:
image is of provisioner sidecar

Expected results:
image should be of attacher sidecar

Additional info:
Regression tests should cover it, however a simple check would be every sidecar image entry should be correct (name matching should be enough).
