Hi @Jeremy do you have an update on the status of this change? We are entering Beta freeze on 27th aug and changes are required to be complete by this date. I will be submitting a report to FESCo this evening on changes that are incomplete, if you have a status update for this change, please comment here and on the FESCo issue and if there are any actions for me to follow up on, I will do so when I am back in the office next Monday. I will be on vacation from 27th Aug - 1st September.
Hi, It's mostly done. There's two components left, one I fixed locally today (roctracer), and will push out to rawhide/41 shortly. The other (rccl) is still building in koji... I started it on Thursday :/ @tflink was looking into it and said the linking is taking forever. I'll try to update as soon as we have an update. Thanks
rccl was updated in dist-git to 6.2.0 on 2024-08-13, but there have been no successful builds.
Hi, the update is ready: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2024-81a2dff563 Not sure if we should get an exception or just wait. When LLVM pushes through, I will need an update to the llvm rocm packages though (rocm-compilersupport)
Should this be closed? ROCm 6.2 has been in f41 for a while now.
hipblaslt has been stuck in 'test' for the last month.
All the packages are up to date.
