Description of problem:

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): RedHat 9.4 EPEL 9

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install python3-hypothesis+pandas 


Actual results:

yum install python3-hypothesis+pandas
Updating Subscription Management repositories.

Error:
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides python3.9dist(pandas) >= 0.25 needed by python3-hypothesis+pandas-6.39.1-1.el9.noarch from EPEL9_x86_64_EPEL9_x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)


Expected results:

Installation should works but the package python3-pandas doesn't exist on EPEL9.
