Could you please branch and build perl-Pod-Coverage for EPEL 10 ?

If you like you could add me (FAS: pghmcfc) as a committer to the package and I'll do it myself.

Note: bug raised against Fedora Rawhide as there are no existing EPEL branches of this package.

The package is provided in CentOS Stream CRB repository.

Hmm, it does not have a provide for perl(Pod::Coverage::CountParents), which is the module I needed.

There are wrong filters for provides/requires. I'll fix it.

perl-Pod-Coverage was fixed and built. I hope it will be in compose soon.

The fixed build perl-Pod-Coverage-0.23-35.el10 should be in the latest compose.
