Please branch and build thrift in epel10.

If you do not wish to maintain thrift in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS: --sig);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/thrift/adduser

qt5-qtbase is waiting on qt5, which is coming soon. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2305040

I'll build thrift* as soon as qt5 and qt5-base are available

*unless someone else in the packager sig beats me to it.
