Description of problem: During testing the patch for Bug 2295143, after updating with the following RPM (https://download.devel.redhat.com/brewroot/vol/rhel-8/packages/ceph-ansible/6.0.28.11/1.el8cp/noarch/ceph-ansible-6.0.28.11-1.el8cp.noarch.rpm), the Ceph Adoption step passed but failed on 'Overcloud Compute System Upgrade FFU OSP17'.
