Please branch and build perl-Test-XML for EPEL10

This has a 5-deep dependency chain (all my packages) so it'll take 10 days or so.

No problem (I appreciate perl's approach of lots of small packages that do one thing well, except when it comes to a new epel release...)

<off-topic>
I had manually tried to look at the dependency chain and stopped after a few deep. Is there some tool that can build the dependency chain?

There may be one but I don't know of it. I just followed it down until I got to all leaf packages that built OK.
This package was nothing compared with perl-Moose.
