Can this issue reproducible? Can this issue reproduce from the UI? If this is a regression, please provide more details to justify this: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Clone a PVC via UI and check the default access model selection, which shows RWO. 2. Now click on the dropdown to list other options, you will see RWX is selected in the dropdown which has the tick mark next to it. 3. Actual results: Selection menu shows RWO while dropdown shows RWX access mode is selected during PVC clone Expected results: Both the options in selection menu and dropdown should show the same results as the default selection.
