mozjs115-115.15.0-1 didn't ship to f41 despite it was built: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2539905

bodhi update is missing: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/?packages=mozjs115

causing a downgrade to 115.12.0-2.fc41 while upgrading from f40 to f41beta

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install f40
2.upgrade to f41 beta
3.
Actual Results:  
package get downgraded

Expected Results:  
package is upgraded
