Going by https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2024-42486 the fix is in cilium/cilium which is not used by buildah, podman and containers-common. They do use cilium/ebpf though. So, I'm gonna say these 3 projects are not vulnerable, at least the versions shipped in Fedora. Closing..
