Will you be able to branch and build spandsp in epel10?

My package baresip depends on at least spandsp-devel during build-time.

Hey, would you be interested in taking ownership of spandsp for all of Fedora and EPEL?  I only took it because my current job uses it, but I'm moving on and will probably orphan it soon if you're not interested.
