Darrick Wong pointed out that system-xfs_scrub.slice in the main xfsprogs package should be in the xfs_scrub subpackage. Not a functional problem, just a tidiness issue.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle.
Changing version to 42.
