Could you please branch and build python-sphinxygen for EPEL 10 ?
It is needed to build another package.

It should build on EPEL10, but tests cannot be run:
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/fed500/python-sphinxygen/build/8061895/
If that is ok, please create an EPEL10 branch.

It is in EPEL10 https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-sphinxygen
though one dependency needed to run tests is missing.
