On HCI ISF 2.8.1 and FDF 4.16.1

On a UI, go to Installed Operators and list them for openshift-storage namespace

for Provider it's listing as - IBM Storage Fusion Data Foundation
while for a native client it's OpenShift Data Foundation Client
