Description of problem:
dracut-kiwi-lib from epel10 has unresolved dependencies, causing it to be uninstallable.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
dracut-kiwi-lib-10.1.3-1.el10_0


How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install dracut-kiwi-lib


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides gdisk needed by dracut-kiwi-lib-10.1.3-1.el10_0.noarch from epel
  - nothing provides pv needed by dracut-kiwi-lib-10.1.3-1.el10_0.noarch from epel


Expected results:
successful installation

kiwi-systemdeps-disk-images (from the same build of kiwi) is also uninstallable.
