Description of problem:
rubygem-gssapi from epel10 has an unresolved dependency, causing it to be uninstallable.

rubygem-gssapi-1.3.1-10.el10_0


How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install rubygem-gssapi


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides rubygem(ffi) >= 1.0.1 needed by rubygem-gssapi-1.3.1-10.el10_0.noarch from epel


Expected results:
successful installation

With the addition of rubygem-ffi in bug 2319852, this is now resolved and rubygem-gssapi is installable.
