Please consider building rubygem-rack for EPEL10. Among other things it's a dependency for a uwsgi plugin that I'd like to build

I am not interested in EPEL (and I think neither Pavel is), but feel free whatever you need to do to get this there.

I've been maintaining the rubygems in epel, though I try to put as few in as possible, only putting them in when asked.
rubygem-rack requires rubygem-webric.
I'll put them both in.

Both rubygem-webric and rubygem-rack have been built for epel10.
They will be available the next time the repo is updated.
