I believe I'm hitting https://github.com/pycontribs/jira/issues/1805, which is fixed/mitigated in versions 3.7.0 and 3.8.0. However, Fedora 40 is still at 3.6.0, where the bug is not fixed (as opposed to Rawhide & 41, where it is already updated to 3.8.0). Please update to 3.6.0 also in Fedora 40. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: - Actual Results: Rate limit issues. Expected Results: No rate limit issues.
