The tests for self-managed ODF completed in 4.16.2. 
The release notes is missing this information (intentional).

Suggestions for improvement:

Now that we are done with testing, we should add a 4.3 section under 
https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_openshift_data_foundation/4.16/html-single/4.16_release_notes/index#technology_previews

To mention the tech preview support of a self managed ODF in ROSA HCP.
