Doing open source compliance review for Lenovo's Fedora 40 WS preload and found that lrzsz file does not have a licence in /usr/share/licences. Looking at the spec file, it seems the COPYING file is not being included. Can this be added to the main package please? It would make my compliance reviews easier (and I think is more correct) Thanks Mark Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install Fedora 40 Workstation edition 2. Confirm lrzsz is installed by default 3. Confirm lrzsz license is not under /usr/share/licences
