Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):
VMWare Datastore shows high utilization, but ODF is barely used.
VMWare datastore is only being utilized for ODF's components (OSDs/Mons)

Version of all relevant components (if applicable):
OCP v4.14.29
ODF v4.14.10
vSphere Client version 7.0.3.01900

Does this issue impact your ability to continue to work with the product
(please explain in detail what is the user impact)?
VMWare datastore is at risk of filling up.

Is there any workaround available to the best of your knowledge?
We've attempted to utilize the workaround, but VMWare utilization has not gone down.

Moving the non-blocker BZs out of ODF-4.17.0. If you believe this is a blocker issue, please feel free to propose it back to ODF-4.17.0 as blocker with justification note.
