Description of problem:
Downstream equivalent of Upstream tracker - https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/66627
Issue is pretty basic, the device class for Crimson OSD does not get displayed in ceph osd tree and ceph osd df outputs.

Issue was reported in upstream builds previously and is being worked on.
This is a downstream tracker for the same issue as the problem has also been observed in downstream build of Crimson

ceph version 19.1.1-60.0.crimson.el9cp (c1b82983c7814645622bbf28e147fbb28708ba17) squid (rc)

How reproducible:
3/3

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy Crimson cluster
2. Run `ceph osd tree` or `ceph osd df`
3. Observe the CLASS column being blank
