Please branch and build hdf in epel10

If you do not wish to maintain hdf in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS tdawson);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/hdf/adduser

hdf requires libaec to build.  We have a request for it here.

I really want to get 4.3.0 into rawhide first, and then into epel10.
