Please branch and build hdf5 in epel10

If you do not wish to maintain hdf5 in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS tdawson);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/hdf5/adduser

hdf5 requires libaec to build.  We have a request for it here.

I really want to get 1.14.X into rawhide first and then into epel10.

I can see why you want to update hdf5 to 1.14 before bringing it into epel10
